what is the maxium capacity of the event venues
Our flagship conference hall accommodates up to 600 guests in theatre-style seating. Banquet setup fits up to 400 guests. Smaller boardrooms are available for 10–40 person meetings. Capacity varies based on layout configuration
Is AV equipment included in the booking packages
Yes. All bookings include standard AV equipment projection screens, PA system, wireless microphones, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Advanced setups such as LED walls, live streaming rigs, or hybrid event technology are available as add-ons.
what catering option are avialble
We partner with certified halal F&B providers offering a range of menus — from formal gala dinners to business lunch buffets and high-tea setups. Custom menus, dietary accommodations, and branded catering presentations can be arranged on request.
how far in advance should i book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for large events (200+ guests) and 2 weeks for smaller meetings or boardroom sessions. Peak season bookings (October–February) should be secured as early as possible
what is the cancellation and refund policy
Full refunds are available for cancellations made 21 or more days before the event date. Cancellations within 7–20 days receive a venue credit valid for 6 months. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
